About Sarada

The approach:
Each therapeutic session is co-created together. Working in tandem, we find an approach that encourages you to experience your own wisdom in new and creative ways. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life and that my role is to support you in shining a light on the pathway back home to yourself.
Some of us learn best through talking it out while others access their inner knowing through movement, art, play or journaling. During your session we will work together to find a modality that serves you best so that you can dive deeply into your own inner wisdom.
When working with children, sessions are focused on playful activities and reflections that meet the child where they are and help learning be fun, meaningful and active.
